Stuff you really need to know:
- WBR Cancellation Policy - Attendees registered for complimentary passes must be available to attend up to two (2) designated official HR Healthcare activities or are liable for a $500 cancellation fee. Each complimentary pass attendee, if asked by HR Healthcare/WBR staff, may be required to attend (2) sponsored private event. All other events will be facilitated via RSVP by the HR Healthcare /WBR staff. To secure your complimentary pass, please indicate in the space provided the credit card to be charged if you are unable to attend the required events. You have up to 8 (eight) days prior to the event to cancel with no charge. Survey must be completed after registration as part of the complimentary pass Cancellation fee.
- Hotel accommodations and travel are not included in the conference ticket price.
- All Others Include: Any service provider to healthcare organizations - Including software vendors, internet developers, technology vendors, solution providers, third party logistics providers, consultants. Worldwide Business Research reserves the right to enforce the appropriate rate.
- Discounts: Discounted rates are on offer only to healthcare executives.
- Solution provider registrations will be reviewed for the correct rate and will not be admitted to event if they do not pay the correct rate. We will not be responsible for travel costs if you do not wish to pay the correct rate.
- Accommodation is not included in the above price packages, but we have secured a special discount rate at the hotel for our attendees. Once registered, you will receive your hotel discount code from our customer service department.
- A 6.35% sales tax will be added for Connecticut residents.
- Payment is due in full at the time of registration. Your registration will not be confirmed until payment is received and may be subject to cancellation.
