All winners will have the opportunity to present their case study to the HR Healthcare audience.
Awards Categories Include
- Talent Acquisition: Success in recruiting high quality talent, growing pipelines, and reducing vacancies. Accepted nominations include recruitment and talent pipeline building programs.
- Talent Development: Developing talent with the skills needed for today’s healthcare provider. Accepted nominations include initiatives competency training, upskilling, reskilling, career pathing, leadership development, continued education or licensure program etc.
- Talent Management: Building the workforce of the future. Accepted nominations include initiatives around talent pipelining, workforce and succession planning, and organizational development programs.
- Technological Innovation: Embracing digital acceleration in a way that is people-centric and drives HR strategy forward. Accepted nominations include technological implementation in any area of HR.
- HR Innovator Award: An HR practitioner who has achieved meaningful change in HR strategy by leading with strategy and vision.
Ceremony
Winners will be announced at the Awards Ceremony during the HR Healthcare conference in Boston, MA on Tuesday, July 14th.
