Complimentary Event Pass Terms & Conditions:

Eligibility & Limits

• Valid only for pre-qualified attendees
• WBR reserves the right to decline any registration that does not meet this criterion.
• Complimentary passes are limited to 3 per company.
• Complimentary passes include access to exhibit hall and sessions (some restrictions may apply) and includes complimentary food and beverage during event hours. Complimentary passes do not include hotel accommodations or travel.
• Sharing of this registration link may lead to the cancellation of your pass. WBR reserves the right to cancel or modify anyone’s registration at any time, at the attendee's expense.

Requirements

To retain your complimentary pass and avoid cancellation fees, you must:

1. Check in at the conference registration desk and pick up your name badge on the first day for which you are registered.
2. Attend a minimum of 2 RSVP-based activities, including any sponsored events such as official event lunches, dinners or tasting events facilitated by the WBR team. WBR will inform you two weeks prior to the event of your 2 commitments. You must arrive within 5 minutes of the designated start time and check-in with WBR staff.
3. Complete the profiling survey within two weeks of receiving the link via your welcome email.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• As is industry standard, WBR will collect a credit card at time of booking to hold your seat. Your card will only be charged if you do not meet the attendance requirements outlined herein.
• If you fail to meet the above requirements, you will be charged a $500 no-show fee.
• For sponsored networking events: Should your schedule change on site for an emergency, please proceed immediately to the registration desk and speak to the Meeting Planner. We will try to adjust your schedule accordingly in order to meet your obligations.
• You may cancel your pass up to 10 business days prior to the event with no penalty.
• Qualified substitutions are allowed up to the event start date.
• Passes cannot be shared.
