Wendy Renedo is a nurse leader and Manager of Well-being and Resiliency at Novant Health, where she leads system-wide initiatives focused on supporting the psychological well-being, resilience, and real-time support of healthcare teams. With a diverse clinical background spanning ICU, education and hospice care, Wendy brings both operational insight and bedside perspective to her work. She is passionate about creating practical support systems that help leaders and teams navigate stress, sustain purpose, and continue delivering high-quality patient care.
