Tricia Neus is a passionate public health expert with more than 17 years of experience in spearheading wellness and disease prevention initiatives across diverse healthcare environments. She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion from Arizona State University and a Master of Public Health from Grand Canyon University.
Tricia launched her career as a Community Health Educator and Childhood Obesity Prevention Specialist at Honor Health (previously known as Scottsdale Healthcare), where she led community health education and disease prevention programs. She later transitioned into Pediatrics, serving as a Pediatric to Adult Care Transition Specialist at Children's Health in Dallas. In this role, she collaborated with patients with chronic, complex medical conditions, their families, and clinical teams to ensure a smooth transition from pediatric to adult care. Additionally, her responsibilities at Children's Health included Provider Relations.
In 2017, Tricia became a Program Coordinator for the Employee Wellness Department at Methodist Health System and has since advanced to the position of Team Lead. In this role, she partners closely with the Total Rewards team to roll out a tailored, holistic well-being program that serves approximately 11,000 employees across eight hospitals and 70 clinics. With certifications in various wellness disciplines, Tricia is dedicated to improving workforce well-being and promoting sustainable health outcomes within healthcare organizations.
