Trevor Walker is Vice President of Human Resources: Organizational Development & Learning for Ascension, the nation’s largest nonprofit health system and world’s largest Catholic health system. He is responsible for Leadership Development, Talent Management, Culture, Change Leadership, Learning Solutions, Technologies and Delivery and Workforce Capability Development.
A pioneering Organizational Development & Learning Executive recognized as a bold, genuine architect of benchmark talent management and learning and development interventions for organizations within the service, utility, manufacturing, and healthcare sectors. Trevor has created, consolidated and optimized structures and organizations that effectively and efficiently solve human performance problems and leverage employee development opportunities to improve business outcomes.
A graduate of Brigham Young University and Pacific Lutheran University, Trevor’s career has included work with FranklinCovey, The National Institute of Standards and Technologies Idaho Affiliate, Boise Cascade Corporation, Catholic Health Initiatives, Trinity Health, St. Luke’s Health and currently Ascension.
Trevor serves as a board member of the Commission of Accreditation of Healthcare Management Education and as a member of the SkillSoft Executive Advisory Board.
He has an in-depth knowledge of human performance improvement systems, organizational culture change and generational variables, and his work has always been focused on meeting the strategic needs of organizations though the development and support of a competent and capable workforce.
Trevor’s interest outside of work include, health & fitness, ice hockey, traveling and time with his wife of 24 years Tammie and their four children, Justin, Zachary, Jadyn and Treyvn.
