Dr. Travis Moore, DNP, RN, NEA-BC, is a seasoned healthcare professional and leader with over a decade of expertise across diverse healthcare settings, from the emergency department to home health. He also serves as a member of Indeed's Careers in Care coalition to provide healthcare professionals the support and guidance they need to find better work. Travis is a Doctor of Nursing Practice specializing in health innovation and a board-certified nursing executive. He's spearheaded numerous initiatives aimed at improving healthcare delivery, enhancing patient outcomes and driving organizational growth. As the Director of Healthcare Category Management at Indeed, Travis leverages his industry background to shape product strategy and development. Having experience as a bedside nurse, hiring manager and business owner, he helps ensure Indeed's solutions cater to the demands of healthcare employers and job seekers. Apart from his professional endeavors, Travis grew up in a family of entrepreneurs. He currently serves as a principal and co-founder of a small professional coaching practice, primarily assisting healthcare workers transitioning careers, and shares ownership of a welding and fabrication business in Washington state alongside his father. Travis is an avid traveler, hiker and scuba diver who loves experiencing new cultures around the globe, especially through the local food scenes.
