Tracey has a passion for transforming business through talent and capability. As a Talent and Organizational Effectiveness leader with global experience driving transformation and growth in a range of industries and organizations.

Tracey joined Mercy in February 2020 establishing and leading the OE function. Partnering with leaders, providers, and co-workers across the ministry to fulfill our brand promise to “get healthcare right” and deliver on our vision “to pioneer a new model of transformative care.”

In January 2022 she became a member of Chief, a private network built to drive more women into positions of influence and keep them there. Chief is the only organization specifically designed for the most powerful women executives to strengthen their leadership, magnify their influence, and pave the way to bring others with them.

Some of Tracey’s past work history includes: VP Global Talent; Vice President, Human Resources, Industrial Solutions Platform at Belden for almost four years; Vice President, Organizational Development & Learning at Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals for three years; Vice President, Global Learning and Organizational Development at Newell Rubbermaid Inc. for almost seven years; and Coca-Cola Enterprises, Inc. as a Change Leadership Director for four years as well.

She enjoys volunteering as a mentor at The Catalyst to help develop leaders of all levels and excited to have the opportunity to include the development of exceptional high school juniors and seniors.
