Tomya Watt is Vice President of Talent Acquisition and Diversity & Inclusion at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK). Tomya transformed what was a traditional recruiting operation into a data-driven business partnership central to MSK’s innovation and growth strategy. She is passionate about diversity and inclusion and views it as integral to MSK’s talent strategy. Her team is responsible for strategic sourcing, optimizing recruitment activities, leveraging people analytics and talent forecasting, employer branding, attracting talent, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and five unique employee resource networks.
Tomya has extensive global experience and, prior to joining MSK, worked in sales, strategic planning, and operational roles at JP Morgan Chase and Kelly Services. Throughout her career, Tomya has been dedicated to exceptional customer service and developing talent. She seeks to discover hidden potential and bring candidates and internal partners new opportunities. She is proud to lead a best-in-class team and to provide innovative high-quality leadership.
