Tiffiny Lipscomb

VP, HR Intermountain Healthcare

Tiffiny Lipscomb is the AVP of HR Operations for Intermountain Healthcare. Tiffiny has more than 26 years of Human Resources experience working with several healthcare facilities both large and small. Tiffiny currently leads the following HR teams for Intermountain Healthcare: Growth and Integration, Employee Relations, Equity and Inclusion, Talent Acquisition and Student and Career Programs.

Tiffiny has focused on developing caregiver engagement strategies ensuring that Intermountain caregivers at Intermountain Healthcare have extraordinary experiences and has served on several executive teams, such as: Administrative Council, Nurse Executive Council, and Nursing Leadership Council.

Tiffiny graduated with a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Utah and earned her master’s degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix.

Tiffiny is married with two grown boys. Her family has a cabin in Bear Lake where she likes to spend her free time. She loves to travel, read, and spend time with her family and friends (preferably at the cabin).
