Tess Michaels is the Founder and CEO of Stride Funding, a mission-driven company that connects health systems, high-quality schools, and diverse talent to transform access to education. Stride helps build & retain pipelines of talent via employer sponsored education while increasing access and affordability for students. She founded Stride from a student-first perspective as an MBA at Harvard Business School. She is a serial entrepreneur that successfully exited her previous company while completing her BS & BA degrees at the University of Pennsylvania. Tess worked in healthcare investment banking at Goldman Sachs and in private equity at Vista Equity Partners. Tess is also recognized as a member of Forbes’ 30 Under 30 in education.
