As a Senior Talent & Organization Development Specialist at Mercy Health System in St. Louis, MO, Teresa leads change through impactful training programs that help individuals align with the organization’s culture, mission, and values. She specializes in assessing learning needs, designing effective solutions, and measuring outcomes to ensure continuous growth and excellence.
Known for her engaging and interactive facilitation style—both in-person and virtually—Teresa empowers individuals and teams to embrace change, build capability, and reach their full potential.
A passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion, Teresa serves as Chair of Mercy’s BIPOC Mentor Program and the Diversity Membership Committee, where she fosters equity, connection, and belonging across the organization.
Outside of work, Teresa enjoys spending time with her family, raising her teenage son, and line dancing.
