Taylor Spinella, LPC is the Clinical Operations Specialist at Marvin, a mental health care platform built specifically for healthcare workers. She helps health systems strengthen workforce support across the full continuum of need, including confidential counseling, crisis response, leadership support, and post-incident care for teams affected by workplace violence, patient loss, staff suicide, and other critical events. Taylor along with our Clinical team focus on helping leaders build support models that are accessible, trusted, and designed around the realities of healthcare work.
