As an Enterprise-focused Human Resources Executive, Tanya brings over 20 years of experience in talent acquisition and talent management within the healthcare and legal sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition (SVP) for BAYADA Home Healthcare, she leads innovative recruitment strategies at scale, emphasizing candidate experience, developing new talent technology, change management and training, onboarding, and corporate recruitment. Her passion lies in transforming large-scale and highly matrixed programs, as also evidenced by her previous work as Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Tufts Medicine and Indiana University Health. Tanya holds a law degree from The University of Notre Dame and a bachelor’s degree in political science and English from Villanova University. She lives in Sudbury, Massachusetts with her husband, Bill, and their three daughters, Ellie, Lily and Charlotte. In her spare time, she enjoys volunteering to support local schools and food pantries, mentoring young professionals, and watching her girls play sports.
