Sophie is dedicated to addressing workforce challenges in healthcare through her role at Aprende Health, where she leads the enterprise division of the #1 Spanish-language online education platform in the U.S. By focusing on tailored solutions for hospitals, she aims to help organizations connect with a valuable yet often overlooked talent pool: Spanish-dominant Latinos in the U.S. With experience in growth-stage education companies, Sophie has developed skills in learning design, partnerships, market expansion, and corporate strategy. Prior to her current role, she worked with Endeavor, a global non-profit that consults and invests in entrepreneurs in emerging markets, where she managed the Global Education, Healthcare, and Logistics portfolios across more than 40 markets. Having lived and worked in various parts of Latin America, Sophie brings a global perspective to her work and currently resides in Oakland, CA, where she enjoys exploring the outdoors in her free time.
