Serves as the Vice President of Talent Management at ECU Health since March 2025. Prior to that served in various HR roles, including Director of Employee Relations and Assistant Vice Chancellor of HR Talent Management, during 18 years at East Carolina University (ECU). Holds a Masters in Adult Education from ECU and Bachelors in Business Management from N.C. State University.
