She has a proven record of defining, leading, and communicating implementation strategies, plans, and operational guidelines aligned with organizational objectives. Sabra is also a certified change practitioner who helps clients navigate complex digital transformation journeys.

As the Head of HCM Strategy and Execution for Healthcare at Oracle, Sabra focuses on understanding and addressing healthcare clients' needs and opportunities. By collaborating closely with Oracle and its extensive partner network, she strives to deliver tailored solutions that enable customers to maximize the value of their technology investments and drive positive outcomes for patient care across the industry. Sabra is passionate about creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels a sense of belonging, and their well-being is a priority. Before joining Oracle, Sabra was a senior leader in Deloitte Consulting's Human Capital practice for over five years. She partnered with some of the world's leading organizations, guiding them through complex digital transformation journeys. Her extensive background spans consulting, technology, and strategic corporate initiatives.

Sabra earned a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Healthcare Administration from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi and obtained her Bachelor’s in Management summa cum laude from Menlo College, Atherton, California. She began her HR career in healthcare, pharma, high-tech, and Public Sector organizations, which provided a well-rounded, holistic perspective.
