Ryan joined Medefis in the company’s third year and was the fifth employee. During his time with the company Ryan has held increasing roles of responsibility, ultimately being promoted to his current position.  His job responsibilities include oversight of strategic growth, client operations, implementation, service delivery, risk management, compliance and finance. In his 12 years with Medefis he has had the opportunity to experience not only the challenges of helping grow a micro company into one of the most widely adapted Healthcare VMS services in the US, but also see this industry grow from a niche business to what is now the predominate from of procurement.  Ryan has consulted with hundreds of healthcare facilities helping them use technology to build process and standardization where it previously lacked in effort to manage both the hard and soft cost of agency staffing spend.  This exposure has helped to shape Ryan’s expertise on the VMS and MSP businesses in healthcare.
