Rohit was most recently Head of Talent at Yale New Haven Health System. His responsibilities include talent review, succession planning, executive, leadership and organizational development. Rohit has 20+ years of human resource leadership experiences across diverse industries. Prior to joining YNHHS, Rohit was with MassMutual Financial group where his responsibilities included talent management, executive coaching, change management and performance management.

Rohit’s previous experiences include those with fortune 100 companies like; Deloitte Consulting, Mercer HR Consulting and Philips Electronics. His areas of expertize include HR Strategy and Metrics, Talent Strategy, Performance Management, Organization Design, Leadership Frameworks and Programs.

He earned his Master’s in Business Administration from Southern Methodist University, Dallas TX. He also has a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur, India and a Bachelor’s degree from University of Delhi, India. Rohit is also International Coaching Federation Certified Coach. Rohit and his Wife, Urvashi, currently live in Westport, CT with their daughter Neha.
