Dick Kropp is a senior human resources executive with extensive experience as Chief Human Resources Officer and trusted advisor to executive teams and boards in complex, mission-driven organizations. His career spans healthcare systems, higher education, and nonprofit-aligned enterprises, where he has led enterprise-wide people strategy through periods of growth, transformation, and organizational change. Dick’s expertise includes talent acquisition and workforce planning, executive and physician compensation, employee and labor relations, leadership development, organizational design, and HR operations. He is particularly known for building scalable HR infrastructure, modernizing compensation and classification systems, and aligning people strategy with the organization’s mission, culture, and long-term sustainability. He holds an EdD in Organizational Psychology from Boston University and an MSP in Human Resource Management from Penn State.
