Rhonda Hall, is the Service Area Chief Human Resource Officer for Providence Health’s providing executive human resource leadership for three acute care hospitals in Southern California. She has spent over 25 years leading large, complex organizations through cultural transformations and enterprise-wide change initiatives.  Rooted in organizational effectiveness, Rhonda has spent her career leading executive teams through improvement efforts to increase efficiency, effectiveness and elevating organizational engagement. Her passion is centered in demonstrating genuine care for employees resulting in a culture where every employee feels seen, heard and valued every single day.
