Rebecca Seiden

Director, Healthcare & Life Science’s Division Sterling

As the Director of Sterling’s Healthcare & Life Sciences division, Rebecca works with healthcare systems, senior living organizations, pharmaceutical and medical device companies across the United States to solve their talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention challenges. As a leader on the sales and business development team, she consults with Sterling’s clients to help design background screening programs in compliance with federal, state, and local laws.

Prior to Sterling, Rebecca worked at Bloomberg, where she helped grow the Bloomberg Vault business into a competitive provider in the financial services recordkeeping and supervision compliance space.

She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Policy Analysis and Management from Cornell University, and a Juris Doctorate from St John’s University School of Law. She is admitted to practice law in the states of New York and New Jersey.
