Rachel just celebrated her 15-year anniversary with KHN. She spent the first 8 1/2 years at the HR Manager for one of our hospital campuses serving approximately 1500 employees. Since moving to the network 6 1/2 years ago her responsibilities have increased to her current role of leading Learning Management System: tuition assistance, legal/regulatory, performance management and employee health. She is the project sponsor.
