Dr. Norma Tirado is the Chief Human Resource Officer at ACCESS Community Health Network. She has held positions of Chief Human Resource Officer, Chief Information Officer, and Chief Learning Officer in multiple healthcare systems (Centura Health, Corewell Health, Agnesian Healthcare) and other non-healthcare organizations. She has also served as an adjunct professor in Leadership and Organizational Development at Indiana University and is currently an Adjunct Professor at the University of Denver. Dr. Tirado has worked in multiple industries, including healthcare, education, public utilities, direct marketing, publishing, and distribution. Dr. Tirado holds a Doctorate in Healthcare Administration from Central Michigan University, a master’s in business administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, as well as a BA degree in foreign Languages & Literature from Marquette University-Milwaukee. She is on a mission to make workplaces more human, inclusive, resilient, and fun, and to help people discover their gifts and share them with the world. She is an experienced Executive Coach. Dr Tirado is an avid golfer, knitter, reader and traveler. She loves spending time and traveling with her husband, Kevin, and her adult children, Leah Isabel and her husband, Ian, Devin Gabriel, and Kelly Antonio, as well as her extended family. She recently developed a Healthy Culture Model to help organizations create workplaces that are more human, inclusive, resilient, and joyful.
