As Chief Commercial Officer, Molly is responsible for growing the scale and impact of our partnerships with employers, colleges, high schools, and social purpose organizations - driving outcomes for our learners and partners.
Molly has focused her nearly 20-year career on expanding access to education and opportunity. She began as a 9th grade social studies teacher with Teach For America and progressed through various leadership roles within the organization, ultimately leading Teach For America's national corporate partnerships team. Following her time at Teach For America, she transitioned to Group Vice President at InStride, where she was tasked with building InStride's healthcare practice. In this role, she developed a robust portfolio of healthcare partners providing innovative strategic education programs that achieved both business and social outcomes.
Molly holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Cornell University. She serves on the board of Corporation for a Skilled Workforce, a national non-profit focused on increasing economic mobility. She currently resides in Maryland with her husband, two children, and rescue pup. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, staying active, arranging flowers, and passionately cheering on the sidelines at her kids' sporting events.
