Mindy 's passion is helping people create meaningful connections as a leader, team member, and while caring for customers. Her desire is to alleviate fears, build trust, and create an exceptional experience. Mindy's proud to be a nurse with a Masters degree in Nursing. Mindy has worked in hospitals and clinics as a direct care nurse, nurse leader, and educator. Mindy has taught in academic and clinical settings and has presented at numerous National, State and local conferences. Mindy's research study on fears experienced by patients and families is available on Amazon in a book entitled "There's A Snake on My Head".
