Mike Rosenbaum is a labor economist and the Founder and CEO of Arena, which applies predictive analytics to labor markets to systemically improve career trajectories. Arena's platform currently represents roughly 19% of the US healthcare workforce, including nearly half of all nursing assistants and 7% of registered nurses nationwide. Throughout his career, including roles as a White House economist and founder of Catalyte, which became one of the largest companies in the US moving from other industries into software jobs, Mike has focused on using machine learning to uncover latent potential and amplify human capability rather than replace it. After teaching and publishing research at Harvard in the economics department and the law school, he worked briefly for the Clinton White House before launching a career centered on moving organizations past static credentials to build a more equitable, resilient, and highly mobile workforce.
