Mike Andrus

Mike Andrus is Vice President Human Capital Management Transformation with Oracle’s HCM Transformation team.  He has over 22 years of experience in HR, Finance and Shared Services functions in the healthcare, telecom and outsourcing industries. In his roles on senior leadership teams across different industries undergoing major transformation, Mike knows what it means to be the face of change within large organizations and leading initiatives with executive stakeholders. Today Mike works with Oracle customers in redesigning HR service delivery, developing employee experience strategies, driving change through data & analytics and sharing research on critical industry trends.
