Michelle Nall is Leadership Institute Program Director at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center where she builds opportunities for leaders at all levels to develop along their leadership journey. Ms. Nall oversees core competency learning and development programs at the LEADing Self, LEADing Others and LEADing Teams levels as well as competency-specific programs and certificates. These efforts have contributed to MD Anderson Leadership Institute being named Association for Talent Development 2023 BEST Award, National Center for Healthcare Leadership Best Organization for Leadership Development 2022 BOLD Winner, International Coaching Federation Prism Award, and Measuring Excellence in Employee Science in Companies & Organizations (MEECO) Designated. In addition, the team’s work played a significant role in MD Anderson in being named one of Forbes 2023 America’s Best Employers for Women and Forbes 2022 America’s Best Large Employers.

Ms. Nall received her education from Baylor University and University of Houston, is a CoachRICE coach, and holds certifications in Real Colors, Emotional Intelligence, Prosci, Hogan, and EQi.
