Learning Experience Designer Cleveland Clinic

Michelle Lampton, MA, is Manager, Learning Experience Design at the Mandel Global Leadership and Learning Institute at Cleveland Clinic. In this role, Michelle has the pleasure of being able to create world class learning solutions that support all caregivers at Cleveland Clinic worldwide. She enjoys using cutting edge technology to engage learners on a wide range of topics including leadership, communication, conflict, and career development.

Prior to joining Cleveland Clinic, Michelle has had a rewarding career in learning and leadership development. She was the Assistant Director of Professional Development & Learning at Case Western Reserve University where she started their Supervisor Onboarding Program and Staff Mediation Center. She is also deeply passionate about social justice and community development, having both worked for the AmeriCorps program City Year in Cleveland and served in Peace Corps in Ukraine.

Michelle received her BA in English from Texas A&M University and her MA in Medieval Studies from the University of Leeds in the United Kingdom. She has traveled and lived all over the world and currently calls Cleveland home with her husband and dog Peanut.
