Megan McCall leads the Talent Acquisition and Contingent Workforce team at Stanford Health Care in Palo Alto, CA. She is a seasoned healthcare talent leader with over 20 years of experience and a passion for building high-performing TA teams. In her current role, she oversees talent acquisition, temporary staffing, workforce planning and workforce development. Prior to Stanford, she held leadership roles at Vanderbilt Health, Grady Health System, WellStar Health System, and Scripps Health. The life-changing loss of her twin daughters, Winnie and Willow, in 2012, continues to inspire her commitment to making a meaningful impact in healthcare talent acquisition.
