He has spent the past 9+ years in HR Technology working alongside organizations in both the public and private sectors, providing solutions that serve the candidate experience through to employee experience. Matt has helped HR organizations maximize their technology investments to help increase organizational performance. Matt lives in Long Beach, CA with his fiancée, who happens to be a 4th year medical student, and their cat Cassie.
