As a partner and founder of The Atticus Group, a privately held executive benefits consultancy, Marc oversees the operations, sets strategy, and has P&L responsibility for a multimillion-dollar organization. The Atticus Group is the third organization where he has successfully navigated the delicate path from start-up to “grown up.” His innovative approach to situations and intuitive vision allows him to drive significant economic impact. Marc began his career with the U.S. Army during the Desert Storm campaign. Following that, he was a pioneer in E-Commerce for the Asbury Automotive Group. Marc later progressed to Director of HomeNet Automotive, where he created, led, and developed the organizational structure for diverse functional areas such as business development, operations, and client experience. During this time, HomeNet grew to over $30 million in revenue and serviced over 90% of the U.S. automotive market. Marc holds an MBA from Jacksonville University and is working toward his CLU. He has previously served on several boards, including i2n, ITAG, and the stakeholder Team for Landscapes 3.
