Bio: Lisa M. Minor, MBA, CPC, is the Senior Director of Leadership and Learning at Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio, where she is responsible for the strategic direction of onboarding, employee experience, learning operations and workforce development. Lisa aligns these efforts with the Clinic’s vision to be the best place to receive care, and the best place to work in healthcare. In addition, Lisa is a certified professional coach and organizational development consultant, leading large scale global change initiatives aimed at improving both patient and employee outcomes. Lisa earned her Master of Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University and holds undergraduate degrees in Communication and Culture, and Sociology from Indiana University, Bloomington.
