Lisa Gutierrez is a People leader, having experience in a variety of industries experiencing high growth.

Lisa is currently the Chief People Officer at Fast Pace Health joining in 2019. Fast Pace Heath, is a PE backed multi-state healthcare company focusing on serving the rural communities. With over 225+ clinic locations, Fast Pace is focused on improving and expanding healthcare in our rural communities with the following services: urgent care, primary care, orthopaedic, dermatology, physical therapy and behavioral health. Importantly, Fast Pace supported the communities in all aspects of front line COVID support through telehealth, COVID testing, and vaccines. The focus of excellent employee engagement resulting in a strong patient experience are its core philosophy.

Prior to Fast Pace, Lisa worked as an HR leader for the Cloud Object Storage Business Unit at IBM, having joined through acquisition of Cleversafe where she served as its VP of People. During that transition, she led the people due diligence during the acquisition partnering with IBM through its strong growth post acquisition. Additionally, she led the HR function at ATI Physical Therapy. During her tenure, ATI experienced growth from 20 clinics and 200 employees to over 300 clinics and 3000 employees. In her role, she was responsible for creating the human resources function and overseeing it through the company's growth. During her tenure at ATI, she was involved in the due diligence aspect and led the HR due diligence team through 25 acquisitions.

Prior to ATI, Lisa worked in human resources within the hospitality industry for Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. She received her law degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law and practiced employment law prior to transitioning to human resources and received her MBA from Northwestern University.
