Executive Director, Talent Acquisition Providence

Lanny Love serves as Executive Director, Talent Acquisition at Providence, a mission-based, not-for-profit health system with 120,000 caregivers serving in 51 hospitals, 1,000 clinics and a comprehensive range of health and social services across Alaska, California, Montana, New Mexico, Oregon, Texas, and Washington.

Providing leadership and support for a team of over 500 talent acquisition professionals, Lanny is dedicated to innovation and continuous improvement across all aspects of the hiring life cycle to help Providence achieve its Mission of serving all in our communities, especially those who are poor and vulnerable. Lanny is a results-driven talent acquisition leader, with experience driving transformative change in complex, fast paced environments across multiple industries and international geographies.

At Providence, Lanny oversees talent acquisition strategy, consulting, insights, strategic programs, and change & communications. Lanny joined Providence in 2018 from Sterling, where he served as Senior Director of Talent Acquisition for the North America and the UK. Previous roles include Director of Talent Acquisition at Expedia (based in London, England) and recruiting leadership roles at Starbucks (based in Seattle, WA). Lanny began his recruiting career in the Seattle market in recruiting and recruiting leadership roles for local technology start-ups.

A Montana native, Lanny received a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial & Management Engineering from Montana State University.
