With over 20 years of experience in healthcare administration, spanning leadership roles at SelectHealth, Cambia Health Solutions, DaVita, and Empiric Health, Lance has a proven track record of driving operational excellence, identifying multimillion-dollar cost savings, and cultivating agile, technology-driven teams. As Founder and Principal Consultant of Curance Consulting Group, he advises clients on process improvement, finance system optimization, and organizational restructuring. A Doctoral candidate in Education and a two-time University of Utah graduate (MBA/MHA), Lance is passionate about developing future-ready leaders and sharing strategies for workforce transformation in today's dynamic healthcare environment.
