Kiersten Kanaley, Vice President, Talent Acquisition Operations at Cleveland Clinic is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a track record of over 20 years of experience in highly complex healthcare environments. In her role, Kiersten leads a dynamic talent acquisition team, development functions and enhancement to the modern candidate experience.
