Prior to launching Future of HR Consulting, JP had a diverse and global career as a Talent and HR executive, working across various industries and organizations, many undergoing significant business and culture transformations. JP has held leadership roles at DICK'S Sporting Goods, McAfee, The Brink's Company, and Lenovo, where he led global teams responsible for human resources, talent management, organizational effectiveness, executive recruiting, and leadership development. At the heart of JP's mission is the Next-Gen HR Accelerator, an intensive 4-week program designed to equip high-potential HR talent with the skills, mindset, and tools they need to become strategic business leaders. JP received his PhD in Organizational Psychology from Alliant International University. Additionally, he co-authored a chapter in The Talent Management Handbook 2nd edition and was an early contributor to Talent Quarterly.
