Director, Talent Acquisition St Jude Children’s Hospital

John Leech is currently the Director of Talent Acquisition at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis Tennessee. He has been a recognized creative leader in recruitment for over 20 years. John’s experience is vast, ranging from leading Recruitment Marketing at Comcast and Recruiting Operations at FedEx, where he won accolades for both organizations in innovation within Talent Acquisition. John was also integral in leading the recruitment efforts for C&S Wholesale Grocers, Inc., EXOS-Athletes’ Performance and was the Vice President of Recruitment for one of the largest privately held staffing agencies in the United States.

John is currently focusing his efforts at St. Jude in implementing state of the art sourcing and recruiting methods to identify, attract, hire and retain the top talent from across the world to contribute to the St. Jude mission: Finding cures. Saving children.

John is a graduate of Hastings College where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education. He currently lives in the Memphis area with his beautiful wife and six children.
