Jill Muencz, MA, is the Program Manager of the New Caregiver Experience Onboarding Program at Cleveland Clinic. Jill has held this role for 11 years and has onboarded more than 40,000 new caregivers. Jill was part of the team that created their new virtual Global North American orientation that was rolled out in October, 2021. In addition to the above, Jill facilitates a monthly networking session for new caregivers. Previously, Jill was HR Manager of Blue Coral, an automotive company, where she was responsible for managing all aspects of human resources including recruitment, performance management, benefits and training. Jill earned both a Bachelor of Arts in Interpersonal Communication and a Master’s Degree in Labor and Human Resources from The Ohio State University in Columbus, OH. Jill resides in Pepper Pike, OH with her husband of 22 years, Jeff, and their three sons Ben, Ryan and Jake.
