As senior consultant at Hogan Assessments, Jessie McClure collaborates with Hogan's premier clients on diverse projects. Her responsibilities encompass needs assessment and solution design for assessment implementation. Specializing in fostering strategic self-awareness among leaders and teams, Jessie applies the Hogan suite of assessments to enhance personal and organizational effectiveness. As part of her role, Jessie facilitates a variety of sessions, including leadership development, executive team sessions, women in leadership programs, and Hogan Assessment certification workshops. In addition, Jessie partners with Hogan's talent analytics team to build and implement validated selection processes, contributing to a more accurate and equitable hiring system within client organizations. Since joining Hogan Assessments in 2019, Jessie has developed a passion for supporting and developing executive teams with personality assessment. She has successfully introduced a novel approach to team development using Hogan data. During team development sessions, Jessie leverages her extensive expertise, guiding teams in applying Hogan data to their unique context. Operating as a supportive facilitator, she challenges team assumptions while fostering an environment that encourages teams to think differently and become more effective for their organization. Jessie is an active member of the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP), where she regularly presents on best practices related to talent assessment, leadership, and team development
