Jerred Crosby is a partner and healthcare lead in ScottMadden’s Corporate & Shared Services practice and has over 20 years of human resources experience. As healthcare lead, Jerred supports ScottMadden’s advisement to nationally recognized healthcare organizations on their human resources opportunities. He personally works closely with client teams to identify improvement opportunities aligned to strategic organization objectives, build the case for change, and turn them into results. Jerred has led leading practice and benchmarking assessments, developed functional strategies for areas such as talent acquisition, integrated activities across the employee life-cycle, led operational and shared services transformations, selected and implemented new technology, fulfilled digital and automation goals, and supported outsourcing, restructuring, and acquisition integrations. Jerred is a frequent human resources conference speaker on leading practice and next generation operating topics.
