Jeff Elmquist is Chief Human Resources Officer and Chief Evangelist, and he is leading Phenom’s global HR team as the company continues to rapidly hire, train and inspire new employees around the world.

An accomplished HR professional, Elmquist has held multiple senior roles, including Chief Learning Officer & Executive Vice President of HR, Talent Acquisition at LifeTime, Inc. During this time, Elmquist grew the team to 40,000 nationwide, while focusing on each hire’s onboarding, ongoing training and development, while maintaining support and service to current operations.

He also navigated the organization through change, annually backfilling 21,000 seasonal and part-time team members while hiring 4,000 incremental team members to meet the company’s strategic growth plan. While at LifeTime, Elmquist was a passionate Phenom customer and an evangelist for why innovation in HR is imperative.
