Jayne Hale Jarvis, MBA, is the Program Manager of Talent Analytics for CommonSpirit Health, a large non-profit healthcare system employing 150,000 healthcare workers in 140 hospitals and more than 1,000 care sites across 21 states. Jayne has nearly 20 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including Sourcing, Recruiting, and Recruitment Marketing/SEO. Her talents in data modeling and advanced report writing tell impactful stories- driving CommonSpirits’ attraction and selection strategies that elevate employee and candidate experiences. Jayne is a graduate of the University of Kentucky. She lives in Lexington, KY, with her daughter and rescue pup.
