Jason Coffey has worked in the health care industry for 30 years and has a background in nursing, Patient Experience and Human Resources. He is the Director of Employee Experience Culture Strategies & Insights at Norton Healthcare in Louisville, Kentucky. Norton Healthcare is Louisville’s second largest employer, with more than 22,000 employees, over 1,750 employed medical providers and approximately 3,000 total providers on its medical staff. Norton Healthcare provides care at more than 400 locations throughout Kentucky and Southern Indiana, including five Louisville hospitals and three hospitals in Southern Indiana. The system also includes 14 outpatient centers, 17 Norton Immediate Care Centers, nine Norton Prompt Care clinics and an expanded telehealth program. As part of leading Employee Experience initiatives, Jason has responsibilities for recognition, onboarding, well-being, retention, employee listening strategies, Alumni Network and more.
