As co-founder and CEO of Incredible Health, Dr. Iman Abuzeid has segued her knowledge of mobile health technology and hospital operations into one of healthcare’s thorniest issues: the growing, national, shortage of nurses and other healthcare workers. Incredible Health helps hospitals hire nurses in less than 30 days, at scale while reducing recruiting costs. Incredible Health accelerates the vetting and interview process by leveraging technology to connect hospitals with “best fit” qualified and experienced nurse candidates.   

Prior to Incredible Health, Abuzeid led product management at AliveCor, a venture-backed mobile health company. While at AliveCor, she expanded its user base, presided over multiple marketing initiatives and secured critical clinical trial agreements at top academic medical centers in the US, which led to further clinical validation of AliveCor's mobile health products. She was also a management consultant at McKinsey & Company and Booz & Company, working on strategic and operational hospital initiatives. 

Abuzeid holds three patents, an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, as well as a medical degree from the University College London Medical School. Iman's immediate family has 3 surgeons, and as a doctor herself, she understands the importance of choosing the right stepping stones in a clinical career.
