Holly Reilly

Holly L. Reilly is the Vice President of Human Resource Operations for the Froedtert Health System in eastern Wisconsin. Froedtert Health, Inc. is an integrated health care system that provides health related services including hospitals, health centers, laboratory, health insurance, employer health services and workplace clinics.

Holly has been a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) since 2006 and holds an MBA from Baldwin Wallace College in Berea, Ohio. She served as President and President-Elect for the Maryland Healthcare Human Resources Association, an affiliate of the American Society of Healthcare Human Resources Administration (ASHHRA) between the years of 2015-2017.

Holly brings over 25 years of leadership guiding human resource initiatives of major healthcare enterprises such as University Hospitals of Cleveland; The Cleveland Clinic; Johns Hopkins Health System and Froedtert Health and Medical College of Wisconsin. Holly is a current member of the Junior Achievement Board of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
