Holly Bunn

Holly Bunn serves as the system Executive Director for Organizational Culture & Change at UNC Health, where she leads a dynamic and talented team of culture and change professionals dedicated to shaping a thriving organizational environment.

With over 20 years of experience in business, management, human resources, organization and talent development, Holly brings a strategic and compassionate lens to her work—one that is deeply rooted in values and guided by her philosophy to "Lead with Love."

Her academic journey includes a B.S. in Business Management and an M.Ed. in Human Resource Development and Adult Education from the University of Minnesota.

Holly has also served as adjunct faculty for graduate programs at St. Mary's University of Minnesota, earning the distinction of Teaching Fellow. She continues to expand her expertise and professional portfolio, most recently earning the CPC credential as a Develop Me Leadership Coach at UNC Health. Holly is passionate about listening, learning, and partnering with others to unlock their full potential. She believes that when we understand people's needs, nurture their growth, and empower them to soar, they will always exceed expectations
