NYC Health + Hospitals joined an alliance with EHL Hospitality Business School in Switzerland. Pierre Pham, Chief Experience Officer, and Donato Cipriano, CHRO, will share learnings on how healthcare HR can draw inspiration from the hospitality industry to deliver more holistic and patient-centered care.
